Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur is a lovely liqueur that has aromatic floral flavor. This liqueur is made from macerated elderflowers that are harvested in the wild. Perfect served with champagne or over ice! Perhaps the most labor intensive of all of the incredible Giffard spirits, to create this liqueur the wild elderflower blossoms are left to dry after picking and then macerated in small batches to control the extraction. Notes include honeysuckle, moscato, rose, lychee and saffron.
