Morgue worker holds the body of one-year-old Rima so that she does not fall off the body of her mother, Sanah Assamna, as they lay with her sister Ala in the drawer of a morgue fridge at Beit Hanun hospital following an Israeli military operation in which Israeli tanks fired on homes in the northern Gaza Strip, 08 November 2006. Eighteen Palestinians were killed, including 11 from the Assamna family, and more than 40 wounded when Israeli shells struck houses in Beit Hanun, officials and witnesses said.
