22 reviews for Cdiscount, 1.6 stars: 'The warranty I bought against breakage (€17 for a €100 product) turns out to be worthless because the vendor gets to 'decide' if the conditions of the breakage (well within the warranty period) meet their criteria for repair. They 'decided' my new wireless headphones broke due to 'mususe' (apparently putting them on and taking them off constitutes misuse) and they therefore won't honor the warranty. 3 months after purchase I have a useless pair of wireless headphones. Total scam. I will never buy from Cdiscount again.'
