Kangoo Jumps® ultimate vision is to create a new way of life that skilfully combines health, fitness and fun for all.Our Kangoo Jumps® classes are a 50-minute intense cardiovascular workout that combine dance moves, running and jumping in a modern studio, all while listening to most recent hits from latino, trance and pop charts. You can find us**Tuesdays & Thursdays ** - inside Westfield London, Shepherd's Bush on the 2nd floor, in Gymbox. The gym provides changing facilities, showers and lockers (please bring your own padlock). Although the boots are equipped with a soft shell liner i would recommend to wear over the ankle socks for a more comfortable workout.
