Oggy is the titular main protagonist of the French animated comedy series, Oggy and the Cockroaches. He's a blue cat whose best friend is Jack and his girlfriend, later wife is Olivia and his arch-nemeses are the Cockroaches. He is voiced by Hugues Le Bars, who composed the soundtrack.
