The holder can be mounted on all tubes to max. 1.181-Inch diameter using the steel clamp with protective rubber pads. The violin is clasped at the curved end of the peg box to prevent inadvertent adjustment of the pegs. The depth of the holder means it is virtually impossible to remove the instrument inadvertently nor can it fall from the holder.
