Globe GPG1410 Panini Grill
The Globe GPG1410 Panini Commercial grill is a fully grooved, large model that provides 14-½” wide cooking area for larger sandwiches or food items. The seasoned cast iron grill plates provide ideal heat distribution for perfect, even cooking of food. The adjustable tension in the spring hinge makes sure just enough pressure is being applied by the cooking surfaces onto the food for complete contact. Temperature control on this device is precise thanks to the thermostatic controls. When a temperature between 220°F and 570°F has been set on the dial, the grill will automatically maintain that temperature. This control over temperature will make cooking recipes much more repeatable and simpler to do.
The body of this grill is made from durable and stylish stainless steel which will maintain its looks for many years. To protect the wires on the unit from being damaged they are protected with a stainless steel tube.
This grill uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power, producing 1,800W of heat at 15.0 amps, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
