DimaFix Pen The DimaFix Pen provides an easy way to obtain the print bed adhesion you need. When heated above 60ºC, DimaFix provides a strong bond between your first layer and the build plate. DimaFix becomes inactive when cooled below 60ºC, so objects can easily be detached from the plate. Size: 90ml Includes: DimaFix (1 bottle) Works with: ABS, PLA, PETG, HIPS, ASA, TPU Features of the DimaFix Pen:Completely water soluble for easy clean upSuitable for most filament types 0 - 60c: no adhesion, object can easily be detached from the plate60-75c: average adherence for simple geometries75-95c: high adherence, for complex geometries and lengthy printsOver 95c: very high adherence, for very complex geometries and lengthy prints WARNING Do not squeeze the bottle to avoid applicator popping off.Keep the area around the applicator clean (with a damp cloth) so it does not come off inside the cap. Application:Shake the bottle.Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib on the bed (activating the inner valve) and spreading as needed.Print according to the filament/printer manufacturers recommendations. Print Removal:The part should self-release or become easier to remove on cooling, in most cases the part can be directly lifted off from theplate.If the part cannot be easily removed by hand, a part removal tool can be used to gently lift the part off the build-plate.When using a brim, it is advisable to first peel off the brim around the part and then attempt to remove the print.
