Create a Pisco Sour Cocktail

Earthy, sweet, and tart, the Pisco Sour is made with pisco, lemon or lime juice or a combination, simple syrup, and egg white for body and a foamy head. It’s a lot like a Whiskey Sour, but pisco, a grape-forward brandy produced in Peru and Chile, takes the place of the whiskey. Angostura bitters are also a crucial addition — they accent the white foam with a sprinkle of bright, brick-red color and lend a gently spiced perfume to each sip.
