Colorberry Jesmonite Casting Compound is an ecofriendly nontoxic alternative to epoxy resins that can be combined with any Colorberry product to create custom coasters trays and more! Create stunning terrazzostyle pieces and marble effects or combine it with traditional epoxy resin for incredible effects! A twopart waterbased resin system Jesmonite is made up of a modified gypsum composite material and an acrylic liquid It offers many of the benefits of epoxy resin yet is solventfree and contains no VOCs Once mixed it has an opaque creamy white base color that dries to a matte finish Like epoxy resin in its liquid form Jesmonite can be embellished with colorants powdered pigments flakes gold leaf glitters and more before being poured into the silicone mold of your choice Jesmonite has a working time of 15 minutes and should be unmolded after 3060 minutes for best results Pieces will be fully cured after 24 hours with a matte finish The piece can be polished varnished or waxed if a glossy finish is desiredEach Colorberry Jesmonite kit contains 55 lb of powder and 22 lb of liquid in a convenient storage bucket Mixing instructions and a QR code linking to a video tutorial are included
